Evening & Weekend Appointments
We offer evening and weekend appointments for patients who find it difficult to attend during normal opening hours.

Please note: These appointments do not take place at Leylands Medical Centre, so you will need to travel to an alternative location.
Home Visits
The practice offers home visits for patients who are genuinely housebound.
